INGREDIENTS Serves 2
6 middle neck clams
6 Mediterranean mussels
4-6 oz calamari
2 sausages, chopped
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/2 green Bell pepper, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 pinches of cilantro
2 tbls olive oil
2 tbls tomato sauce
2 cups fish stock or clam juice
1 cup white kidney beans
In a large skillet or pot, sauté onions, pepper, garlic and sausage in olive oil.
When cooked, add fish stock and stew ingredients.
Bring to a boil, simmer for 4-5 minutes.
