Mani laid the foundation for SIRVANTI as a company and brand, and with his sudden, untimely death in May 2014, he leaves SIRVANTI in the best hands possible, Blanca Pastrana, his wife of 25 years. Having been by Mani’s side since the inception of SIRVANTI’S first store front in South Miami and being part of all the transitions throughout the years, Mani prepared her for the task of continuing to provide the same quality custom clothing experience with extraordinary service just as he had established all these years with the benefit now of adding a woman’s touch. She has been inspired to continue Mani’s legacy with the same dedication and passion that makes SIRVANTI the brand it is today. has been selected by Bravo Media to be one of 16 restaurants competing on its new culinary competition series “Best New Restaurant.” Hosted by acclaimed chef and restaurateur Tom Colicchio and produced by restaurateur and TV personality Gordon Ramsay’s production company One Potato Two Potato, the series takes a look at the food world from a fresh direction: the restaurant. The majority of the series will be shot on location at the restaurants themselves to highlight each establishment’s unique point of view.

Her encounter with Yoga in her native Venezuela was fortuitous, and it completely transformed her. It helped her reduce stress, fatigue and anger, improve balance and generally raised her quality of life. Most importantly, it redirected her life’s journey, as she dreamed of sharing the great benefits of yoga with others. So, when the opportunity surfaced a year ago to start her own yoga studio in a holistic, warm and positive environment, she seized the moment.
