Clinic Libessart, a French company, has recently completed extensive renovations to their street level suite at 5823 Sunset Drive, where they provide medical and asthetic services. .  Group LX fashion retailers has opened another store at 5818 Sunset Drive called Market, which is about an effortlessly cool boho-chic vibe.  InfluenceAtlier, a training and life-style company recently moved from across Red Road to their new home at 7225 SW 57 Court. .  With more than 1,000 outlets around the world, Chatime has settled in to Sunset Place second level near AMC booths.  () They serve up fruit teas, milk tea, smoothies, juices, jellies and mousee.  Miami Home Centers, long known as Palmetto Ace Hardware there’s a new sign gone up on Red Road. New sign, same owners – the Hitchcock family, and same great customer service.

Martha Alvarez and Olga Lopez, who only opened their first Mariposa Dressing Room in Pinecrest last November, have not opened a second location here in SOMI in the Municipal Garage retail space directly opposite Bougainvillea’s, where was formerly The Dressing Room. At Mariposa, they appeal to young contemporary girls and moms.  “It’s a great place for moms and daughters to shop together,” says Martha.  Both ladies are actively involved in “Hope for Recovery” and support this project with proceeds from their two locations.  Mariposa Dressing Room is open 10-7 every day except Sunday.
