0

Celebrating their third year in SOMI, Tupelo Honey paired up with Humane Society of Greater Miami, their awesome suppliers and Jarbas Godoy of the Dog from Ipanema to host a special sale with a percentage of sales going to the Human Society.  Pictured are Gail & Jordan Blum, Jarbas Godoy, Tupelo Honey staff and representatives from the Human Society.

NEW EATS.  We first announced RICE House of Kabob was “Coming Soon” in last year’s April/May issue. Well, patience finally prevails and the newest RICE has opened in SOMI directly on US1.  Come by and eat some eat healthy authentic Persian food.

And in our next issue we expect to report on the restaurant coming into the former Trattoria Sole and the under renovation Casa Larios.  ‘stay tuned to SOMI.

Fittingly the first new street post installed by the City of South Miami was
on Dorn Avenue.

Looking good SOMI!
