Cyclists and community leaders gathered at the South Miami Metrorail Station on Thurs., April 3, for the BIKE 305 “Bike to Work Day.” People are encouraged to leave their cars behind and ride their bicycles to work on this day, also combining with public transportation.
Bike305 is a collaborative effort forged by Mayor Carlos A. Gimenez in partnership with 15 municipal mayors and parks departments to support the connectivity of people and places through the county’s bikeways and trails.
