South Miami Hospital celebrated its new expansion of emergency room services and surgical suites with a grand community health fair staged on the grounds of the Ludlam Elementary School. Held on Saturday, March 16, the fair included multiple stations for health screenings and community organizations, and a field of activities for children (and adults alike). Miami Marlins and Miami Dolphin cheerleaders were on hand to lend to the festivities.In addition to the health screenings, attendees were provided health information, commemorative gifts and refreshments all in a day of enjoying healthy family fun.
