CITY HOSTS FIRST SOMI BIZ SOCIAL
On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the City of South Miami Community Affairs Office hosted its first, and by all reports, very successful SoMi Business Social at the newly opened Zweck Porsche Gallery at Sunset Place, bringing together local business owners and community leaders in an inspiring and collaborative setting.
This event served as a platform to strengthen relationships between the city and its business community while discussing upcoming initiatives, including the highly anticipated Taste of SoMi in July.
Attendees had the opportunity to network, share insights, and explore ways to collectively elevate the SoMi District. The evening fostered a spirit of partnership, innovation, and forward momentum, reinforcing the city’s commitment to supporting a vibrant and connected business environment. By creating more opportunities for collaboration and dialogue, South Miami continues to build a stronger, more resilient commercial community that benefits residents, visitors,and entrepreneurs alike.
