Enrique’s son Anthony, a Columbus HS alum, is running the operation as CEO.

JOSH’S PREMIUM MEATS
For over the past ten years Josh Pascual has built his brand in the South Florida community with an extensive list of family and hospitality industry customers.  Reportedly during the pandemic, Josh regularly provided meats to some 800 families from his warehouse near Miller Road. For the past six months he has built-out his new retail and operations functions to Red Road where once was Gardener’s Market.  He opened in September, and since has enjoyed a steady stream of customers, both old and new. Josh’s Premium Meats is known as the source for the highest quality Wagyu and premium meats. 

Josh’s Premium Meats is a truly family run. business with relatives working in the front and back of the house.  Roman Fernandez, seen here pictured with Josh, is his best friend from when they were freshman at Columbus; he was brought on as chief financial officer. 

The retail store is open seven days a week; delivery is also available seven days a week. Josh is available to his customers for culinary consultation both for selection of product and preferred preparations, a commitment to educating the consumer.

DELIGHTS OF BEIRUT
Edward Bitar with his father Fernand greet you at their hidden gem on 74 Street. The family, with mom Malake the cook, made their way down from Michigan to SOMI to operate the eatery.  In Michigan the family owned and operated  La Saj Lebanese Bistro a fine-dining restaurant, and Malake was a regular on the FOX TV cooking show.  Delights of Beirut is open seven days and they were just awarded “Top Eats” for Uber Eats.

ALIVE SALON & SPA
Not a new face to the location on east Sunset, but a new name and owner as Carline Metellus, the former front desk manager at Carole Flamant. A cosmetologist and medical esthetician, she acquired the business on July 31 after retiring as 1st Lt. from the U.S. Army.
