A who’s who of area-wide elected officials and community leaders celebrated the holidays at Chamber South’s Annual Leadership Luncheon held at Carrabba’s. This informal luncheon was initiated five years ago by Chamber President Mary Scott Russell, former City of South Miami mayor. State representatives, county school board members, and local leadership from Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest and South Miami enjoyed a great opportunity to mix and mingle.
