SOMI SALON SHUFFLE
The shuffle started over a year ago when True Salon moved from their spot on 74 Street to a new location on US1. Kijana Salon moved from their location on 57 Court and opened up where True Salon had been. Gleam, located on 7287 Red Road, moved into the former Kijana space on 57th Court, leaving an opening for the new Q’s Studios on Red Road. Nguyen’s family has been doing nails in South Miami since 1993, and has had several salons.

Michael O’Rourke started in 2016 with the sole purpose to provide 100% human-grade whole food ingredients and diets formulated by a board certified veterinary nutritionist. From Wynwood, Michael and company have opened here in SOMI at 7291 Red Road. 305.505.5712.

When not sky diving with the US Army Golden Knights or filming commercials for Cannondale, Maryjane Mark is busy running MACK CYCLE with her daughters Rachel and Sandy. The store has served the cycling community since 1957 and is a top ten USA bicycle retailer. Mack Cycle fields teams in fund-raising events such as the Dolphin Cancer Challenge (raising over $200K this year alone!), the MS 150 and is the a lead sponsor for the Best Buddies Miami ride.

TO Wings for Wishes organizers for a stellar 6th year event raising $275,000 for Make-A-Wish Southern Florida (that’s 55 wishes!). The event is hosted by Gal Bensaadon, Brian Exelbert and Christina Marques of Sports Grill.
