The “Holiday Spirit Starts in South Miami” with the return of the Parade of the Elves for its 38th annual parade through our hometown. Hundreds of kids are dressed in festive holiday attire and wave to the thousands gathered on the sidewalks for this annual family-fun tradition in South Miami.
