STEM PROGRAM DEBUTS

Zaniac has arrived in Miami. The innovative afterschool STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) enrichment program opened its first Florida location at Dadeland Station on Thursday, May 21st.

Zaniac’s founder, Professor Paul Zane Pilzer was on hand to greet the Miami community.

Zaniac serves students in grades K-8 and offers the perfect combination of learning and fun by featuring a variety of engaging programs that nurture children’s love of math and technology.

The progressive curriculum is custom designed to help students learn at their own pace with hands-on, interactive, real world applications for math and science.”  Classes include Zane Math, Game-Based Learning: MinecraftTM; Robotics; Computer Programming; 3D printing; and more.

Zaniac’s founder, Paul Zane Pilzer, is a college professor, economist, social entrepreneur and best-selling author.  Pilzer served as an appointed economic advisor in two White House administrations and has started or taken public six companies in healthcare and K-12 education.

Zaniac’s South Miami location at 8320 South Dixie Highway (Dadeland Station Shopping Center), is owned by Claudia Machado and Neydy Gomez, both mothers and successful advertising executives who saw an unfilled need for this type of programming in South Florida.
