GRAND OPENING FOR CHICKEN & WAFFLES

Dominique Bartschies (L) and franchise manager at Grand Opening.

Always a popular quick bite, a Chick’nCone franchise opened recently right off US1 and one block north of Sunset Drive.  French businessman/restaurateur Dominique Bartschies welcomed the guests to his new venture.  Open in the evenings Chick’nCone is a great addition to his ever popular La Pizza and spacious garden seating.

The chicken and waffle pairing comes from American soul food. This combination of foods is beloved by many people who are influenced by traditions of soul food passed down from past generations of their families.  Enjoy a piece of Americana!

And Dominique is planning another restaurant concept on site.  To be called “Kalimera” it will feature Greek and Lebanese cuisine.  Stay tuned to SOMI Updates to learn more….
