On June 4th 2016, Sports Grill South Miami along with Make-a-Wish Champions Brian Exelbert and Gal Bensaadon hosted the 2nd Annual “Wings for Wishes” Charity Event raising $30,000 for Children with life threatening diseases for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. With the help of all seven Sports Grill locations selling MAW Stars with donations from patrons, Sponsorships and Donations from; Eagle Brands, Gordon Food Services, Sysco, The Collection, Jackson Family Wines, Body and Soul and The Marlins just to name a few, Sports Grill Restaurants made 6 Wishes come true. This family fun event brought the community together and showed how much we can do to help put smiles on the faces of these kids so much in need. The event, held in the parking lot directly behind Sports Grill South Miami had bounce houses for kids, face painting, a beer truck with several choices for the adults, and of course culminated with a wing eating contest crowing another Team as Wings for Wishes MAW Champions.
