TARTE TATIN<\/b><\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\n<\/b><\/h3>\n

3 tbs butter<\/p>\n

3\/4 cup sugar<\/p>\n

3 large Granny Smith Apples<\/p>\n

1 tbs flour<\/p>\n

1 – 9\u201d unbaked pie crust<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/b><\/h3>\n

Preheat oven to 425<\/p>\n

Coat a 10\u201d skillet with butter
\nand sugar.<\/p>\n

Place apple quarters rounded side down on top of sugar & butter in a circular pattern.<\/p>\n

On a medium heat cook until butter and sugar melt and begin to caramelize.<\/p>\n

Cook for 10-12 minutes.<\/p>\n

Place crust on top of
\napples and tuck in edge around apples.<\/p>\n

Bake for 20 minutes
\nuntil golden brown.<\/p>\n

Cool off for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n

Place a plate over the top of thepan and invert to release tarte from pan.<\/p>\n

Top with vanilla ice cream.<\/p>\n

Voil\u00e0… tarte tatin.
