The flare of the iconic Andalusian flamenco dress brings exciting new life at the entrance to our town center shopping & dining district at Sunset Drive and US1.\u00a0 <\/span>The flamenco dress or gypsy\u00a0dress is a hallmark of Andalusian culture and a fashion icon. \u00a0Few traditional clothes are as easily recognized as the flamenco dress.\u00a0 <\/span>It is the true ambassador of Andalusian culture to the world.<\/p>\n

A dormant space for some while, in January 2018 partners in Hialeah\u2019s La Taverna de Ignacio in business since 1998, decided to bring the concept to South Miami. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Madrid and was chef in restaurants such as Casa Domingo and La Rejenta.\u00a0 <\/span>He later opened in own restaurant named La Giraldilla.\u00a0 Afterwards Ram\u00f3n moved to the USA was chef in\u00a0Puerto Gallego, Sancho, Lola Gourmet and Mara\u2019s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hanging on racks along the wall is the Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico, considered to be the ultimate cured ham, with a decadently rich nutty flavor that evokes the countryside of Spain. Ib\u00e9rico ham comes from an ancient breed of pig found only on the Iberian Peninsula and are known as Cerdo Ib\u00e9rico, or \u2018Pata Negra.\u2019\u00a0 <\/span>This exceptional ham is cured for up to four years, resulting in an intense flavor with an unparalleled note of sweetness. Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico de Cebo is the one produced with pigs \u201cfattened\u201d with feed, hence its name \u201ccebo-feed\u201d.\u00a0 <\/span>The cured hams may be purchased for personal consumption.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
