A total of 203 upscale residential units will be on the upper levels of the building and the ground floor level of the northern portion of the building. The unit mix consists of town homes, studios, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units&nbsp; The building will be eight stories in height along Sunset Drive and plans call for a canopy of trees and plaza setting along Sunset Drive for outdoor dining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul at 5850 Sunset Drive is being gutted to accommodate a marijuana dispensary \u2013 a historic first!&nbsp; Pictured on the right is the rehab on the building on 71 Street which housed Mario\u2019s Dry
