FACTS<\/b>\u00a0 A native ofCuautla Morelos, Mexico, Chef Ze Carlos Jimenez has over twenty years in the kitchen and hosts a regular cooking show on Utilismia Fox,\u00a0Hogar Express.\u00a0 He opened his restaurant in late 2011 in the historic\u00a0 Dorn Brothers (Harvey Amster\u00a0 Properties) building.<\/i><\/p>\n

SOMI<\/b>\u00a0KITCHENS<\/strong>\u00a0Recipes from our Town Center Chefs<\/p>\n

INGREDIENTS<\/b> The recipe serves 4.<\/p>\n

2 lbs Firm Fresh Fish fillet (Corvina) cut into inch pieces, deboned<\/p>\n

1 cup Lime juice<\/p>\n

1 Avocado chopped & sliced
\n1\/2 White Onion finely diced<\/p>\n

1 Tomato chopped and seeded<\/p>\n

4 Tomatillos<\/p>\n

1 bunch Cilantro cleaned and cut<\/p>\n

3-4 Garlic cloves<\/p>\n

Salt and pepper as desired.<\/p>\n

PREPARATION:<\/b><\/p>\n

STEP 1:<\/p>\n

Place deboned\/cut fish fillet in a bowl and marinade with a mixture of lime-juice and salt for about 5-hours in the fridge. Mix constantly to ensure all of the fish is exposed to the acidic lime-juice<\/p>\n

STEP 2:<\/p>\n

Prepare tomatillo sauce: In a blender chop and mix: tomatillos, chopped white onions, cilantro & garlic until smooth consistency \u2013 set aside<\/p>\n

STEP 3:<\/p>\n

In a bowl mix all ingredients with marinated fish, mix well. Add tomatillo sauce, additional ime juice, salt & pepper as desired<\/p>\n

STEP 4:<\/p>\n
