Joe Natoli, the University of Miami\u2019s senior vice president for business and chief financial officer was welcomed by the Chamber South membership at the August General Membership Breakfast. Mr. Natoli is also currently serving as interim chief operating officer of the Miller School of Medicine and UHealth.<\/p>\n

He discussed with the members the many roles for which his office is responsible: functions of accounting and finance, information technology, real estate planning and construction, buildings and grounds.<\/p>\n

As interim COO of the Miller School of Medicine and UHealth, he is responsible for business operations that support the school\u2019s clinical, research and teaching missions.\u00a0 Prior to joining the UM administration in 2006, Mr. Natoli was with the Knight-Ridder Publishing Company for thirty years, including his tenure as publisher of The Miami Herald.<\/p>\n
